1) Official Hotels Reservation

• Reservations for official hotels are available only after completing participant registration.
• Once both registration and hotel booking are completed, an invoice and payment details will be sent to the email address you provided within 1–2 weeks of your application.
  (Only international bank transfers are accepted at this time. Credit card payments will be available from mid-August.)

※ If you are arranging a group reservation through a travel agency or other third-party, please ensure the group representative contacts us in advance via the above email.

2) Benefits of Booking Official Hotel

• Players and accompanying persons who book official hotels will have access to a dedicated local shuttle service between the hotels and the venue during the event.
  This shuttle will operate according to a fixed schedule throughout the event period, exclusively on the route between official hotels and the venue.

3) Official Hotel Booking Period

• Hotel Booking Period: Opening Date ~ May 31, 2026 (Sun) 23:59(GMT)

4) Official Hotel Refund Policy

• Opening ~ September 30, 2025 (Tue) 23:59(GMT): No Cancellation fee
• October 1, 2025 (Wed) ~ December 31, 2025 (Wed) 23:59(GMT): the Cancellation fee will be 50%
• January 1, 2026 (Thu) ~ March 31, 2026 (Tue) 23:59(GMT): the Cancellation fee will be 75%
• April 1, 2026 (Wed) ~ : the Cancellation fee will be 100%
