In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other related laws, this organizing committee hereby informs you that all personal information collected from participants will be processed in accordance with the principles of legality, fairness, transparency, and confidentiality protection. The collected data will not be used for purposes other than those explicitly stated.

DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller is the Organizing Committee of the ITTF World Masters Table Tennis Championships Gangneung 2026, located in Republic of Korea. The Committee may act through its duly authorized representatives and designated data processors, in accordance with applicable laws. DATA COLLECTED.
The data collected by the Owner are those provided by the user (e.g., first name, last name, gender, date of birth, social security number, ID, e-mail, telephone, purchases made).

MODE OF TREATMENT
The data will be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject. The data will be collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes. The data will be adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed. The data will be accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date. The data will be kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed. The data will be processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures.

CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Having read this notice, the undersigned declares that he/she has understood its contents and gives his/her consent to the processing of personal data and to the management of activities that cannot be exercised anonymously and are necessary to enable subscribers to take advantage of and recognize discounts and promotions, offer and send prizes.

1. The fee includes:

• Hotel accommodation
• Shuttle service
  :Players and accompanying persons who book official hotels will have access to a dedicated local shuttle service between the hotels and the venue during the event.
  This shuttle will operate according to a fixed schedule throughout the event period, exclusively on the route between official hotels and the venue.

3. Official Hotel Refund Policy

• Opening ~ December 31, 2025 (Wed) 23:59(GMT): No Cancellation fee
• January 1, 2026 (Thu) ~ February 28, 2026 (Sat) 23:59(GMT): the Cancellation fee will be 50%
• March 1, 2026 (Sun) ~ April 30, 2026 (Wed) 23:59(GMT): the Cancellation fee will be 70%
• May 1, 2026 (Thu) ~ : the Cancellation fee will be 100%

4. Additional Surcharges

• Participants are responsible for all costs incurred through bank transfers, currency exchange, or related financial transactions.
• These costs (if any) must be paid directly to the Organizing Committee in cash on-site before your hotel check-in.
  This means that if there is a difference between the invoiced amount and the actual deposited amount, the Organizing Committee will request the participant to pay the difference in cash on-site. The Check-in will not be available until this amount is settled.
